Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 6 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. One child from 12 to 14 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 1.00 per hour. Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 1.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 38.00 per person per night. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
