Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 37.00 per night and person for cots. All children under 6 years are charged EUR 63.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 73.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 83.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 83.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
